ENEL-PC offers a power converter for generating current pulses with adjustable pulse duration, number of pulses and possibility of amplitude control. This low-voltage current source is comprised of AC/DC/AC converter with an output transformer and a diode rectifier. Output is galvanically isolated from the 3x400V power supply. High-current sources are used in resistance welding technology, as well as in the sintering of refractory materials. The possibility of parallel connection allows output currents of several hundred kiloamperes.
